Visiting student graduate students

Visiting Student Graduate Students (VSGS) includes any applicant who is currently studying at another post-secondary institution and who wishes to pursue one or more graduate level courses at HÂþ»­ on a Letter of Permission.

Visiting students must meet the minimum entrance requirements for the course for which they are registering and must receive permission from the HÂþ»­ instructor teaching the course(s). Applicants must discuss their interest with the appropriate department before applying.

How to Apply

  1. Complete the and pay the $115 application fee. Payment must be received before your application is processed.
  2. Upload your approved Letter of Permission from your home institution to your Application Portal.
  3. Upload your verifiable ESL test score, if required, as PDF documents to the Application Portal. Request your testing centre make your results accessible to HÂþ»­ University.

Reference letters and other supporting documents are not required. Any fee related questions should be directed to Student Accounts.
