Course cancellation policy
We reserve the right to cancel any course due to insufficient registration or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued in a timely manner.
Registration withdrawal policy
Lecture courses - virtual sessions
There is no withdrawal fee for withdrawals before the seven days leading up to the course or before the early bird date, whichever comes first.
There is a withdrawal fee of 50% of the cost of the course, up to a maximum of $50, for withdrawals within the seven days leading up to the course or after the early bird date, whichever comes first.
Lecture courses: in-person
There is no withdrawal fee for withdrawals before the early bird date.
There is a withdrawal fee of 50% of the cost of the course, up to a maximum of $50, for withdrawals after the early bird date.
Hands-on and certification courses - virtual and in-person
All hands-on and certification courses are subject to a $200 processing fee for withdrawals 6 weeks leading up to the course.
No refund will be issued for withdrawals within 6 weeks leading up to the course.
Photography policy
Occasionally a photographer may be present at courses and take photographs of instructors and attendees for marketing and advertising purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed should inform a Continuing Dental Education staff member. If you say nothing, it is assumed you have consented to the photographs taken.
