Jasper Wyman & Son is seeking dependable Farm Labourers and Loader Operators to work in our Pennfield, NB farm location. These positions are available immediately. We are seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, an ability to work independently, and a safety- focused mindset.  

The successful candidates should have prior experience operating farm equipment, and able to do a variety of jobs in a safe and efficient manner.  Must be able to lift to 50lbs and be able to do physical labour. Experience with welding required but a ticket is not required. Candidates with experience working on a farm or mechanically inclined individuals preferred.  

Some duties include cutting trees and weed wiping by tractor and manual walking.   

The regular workweek is Monday through Friday, but the successful candidate must be flexible to work weekends and travel during harvest when needed. The rate of pay is dependant upon experience and will be discussed at the interview.
